Undead Hosting LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to Undead Hosting LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you ("the user," "customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Undead Hosting LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Undead Hosting LLC provides a variety of web hosting services, including but not limited to:

  • Game server hosting

  • Dedicated server hosting

  • Web hosting

  • Domain registration

  • Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm the security, availability, or functionality of our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to host, store, or distribute any illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material, child exploitation material, malware, or other malicious content.
You may not engage in any form of hacking, denial of service (DoS) attacks, or any other activity that disrupts our services or those of our customers.

5. Liability

Undead Hosting LLC will take responsibility for issues within our control and make every effort to guarantee the performance and availability of our services. However, Undead Hosting LLC will not be held liable for the following situations:

  • Third-party issues or failures, including third-party services, plugins, or software used in conjunction with our services.

  • Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or governmental actions.

  • Unforeseeable events or force majeure incidents that are out of our direct control.

We are committed to making every effort to ensure that our services are reliable and accessible, but we cannot be held responsible for matters outside of our scope of influence.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Undead Hosting LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services.

7. Refund Policy

  • Game Servers: Refunds for game server purchases are available within 24 hours of the initial purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued.

  • Dedicated Servers: No refunds are offered for dedicated server purchases under any circumstances.

  • All Other Services: Unless otherwise specified, all other purchases made through Undead Hosting LLC are final and non-refundable.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

9. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in advance on the day of the month in which you signed up.
We accept payment via Stripe or Paypal.
Late payments or chargebacks will result in the suspension or termination of your services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Undead Hosting LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by:

  • Third-party services, plugins, or software used in conjunction with our services.

  • Security breaches, data loss, or service downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

11. Data Privacy

By using our services, you agree that we may collect and store data related to your account, including but not limited to your IP address, contact details, and payment information. Undead Hosting LLC will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the provision of services.

12. Changes to the Terms

Undead Hosting LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review the most current version available at undeadhosting.com. Your continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Contact Information

Undead Hosting is a registered business in the United States, based in the state of Pennsylvania. By using our services, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge that all services must comply with Pennsylvania law. Any services found in violation of local or state laws will be suspended without notice, and we reserve the right to share relevant data with local law enforcement in the event of legal breaches.
